My Fitness Journey

In 2016, I completed my Certificates in group fitness and personal training. I remember when I first joined a gym at 18 – I'm now 36! I remember how daunting it was walking into a gym by myself, having no clue what to do for weight loss or what to train. I also had no idea about nutrition. With so much misleading information around, I found it so overwhelming and confusing.

Now, with years of experience in training and nutrition, I love helping clients get to where they want to be! I was told to stay away from carbs and weight training etc – all of which is completely wrong! This creates a vicious cycle and an unhealthy relationship with food. I teach women how to eat food they love whilst losing weight, making it more sustainable. I show women training can be enjoyable and suited to their lifestyle, as no person is the same. No cookie-cutter plans here, and all individualised.
